@sammartino It was certainly one of those ‘everything is going to be ok’ moments. I took my sister out for a fancy dinner at Red Rooster. :)

@smonicats Would have love to celebrate with you, but I’m camping in Spreewald this weekend!@smonicats So I figure it would be like a wake up call, if I am responsible for waking you up, I’m less likely to snooze and sleep in!@smonicats I often schedule meetings in the morning since having an obligation will get me out of bed.@smonicats That’s a really good idea actually. So we alternate calling each other at 7:00 AM on weekdays?@smonicats Whoa, such, such, a good idea!

@campbellhowes Well, you’re clearly an astute and well-organised human being? High five!@joaoLago Haha, that’s awesome, where’d you find that?@nmkrobinson @campbellhowes I use OmniFocus for to-dos and GTD. For project management I love the simplicity of Basecamp or Trello.

I’m based out of Betahaus, so we’re probably close.@dotmariusz Open to it if I can add value. Shall we grab a coffee sometime? Where are you based?@dotmariusz Hey Mariusz! @jongold Or Linus (http://t.co/IBZKvuuunV). Will likely get the Brooks ones myself.@jongold If you’re still considering rear panniers, roll ups are a nice option, such as the Brooks Brothers (http://t.co/bTWLdghwtb).

@bobearth I went through the same thing with my merchant facility, would have definitely gone with Stripe if it was available at the time.@bobearth On top of that, merchant accounts have their own set of monthly fees, commissions, etc.@bobearth Stripe only requires a normal bank account. eWay requires a merchant account, which also requires a thorough application process.@bobearth A typical payment gateway such as eWay requires you have your own merchant account with the bank, whereas Stripe does not.

@paulozoom @joaoLago One of the startup accelerators in London has a sign in their office that reads, “great teams work weekends”. That.@paulozoom @joaoLago And I’ve seen this dismissiveness lead to serious issues later on with many friends.@paulozoom @joaoLago More that I grew up in a culture where they were always the basis of comparison.@paulozoom @joaoLago Sorry, I didn’t mean to dismiss our problems in that way.@paulozoom Neither of them have ever complained about burnout. :)@paulozoom Arriving in Melbourne, they spent three months learning English so they could integrate and eventually started a business.@paulozoom My father and mother (pregnant with me at the time) fled the Vietnam war with 48 refugees on an 11 metre boat.If you want to build a ship, teach your people to long for the endless immensity of the sea.
